All Local Governing Boards are constituted as a committee of the Trust Board in order to provide Trustees with local knowledge and understanding of each school. Local Governing Boards (LGBs) shall have a minimum of the following governors: 1 staff governor  3 parent governors The headteacher 3 community governors The LGBs may also co-opt governors.
