Our Members
Linda Hodgkinson
Appointed 14/11/23
Linda joined Campfire as a Member in 2023. Over the last 10 years, Linda has worked in governance as vice-chair of trustees of a multi-academy trust and in a variety of roles as a governor of a primary school. Much of her career in education has been with The Open University as a lecturer and researcher. This has allowed Linda to gain considerable experience at different levels of education and teaching enabling her to hold both a strategic and local view as they work towards their goals. More recently Linda has trained as a Leadership and Executive Wellbeing coach giving individuals and groups the opportunity to work on their own development and self-care. As a member Linda is committed to supporting the Trust as they continue their exciting journey for all staff and pupils. Linda enjoys the outdoors, developing a wildlife meadow and riding her horse, Jigsaw.
Antonia Spinks
Appointed 13/07/22
Antonia joined Campfire as a Member in 2022, bringing her prior experience as school governor and as a trustee of a multi-academy trust. Antonia has worked in education for the past twenty years and, during that time, has held a range of senior and executive leadership roles. She is currently the CEO at Pioneer Educational Trust. During her time in education, she has worked in a variety of school contexts which has provided a rich perspective about the importance of a school’s culture and its match to the context of the community it serves. Antonia draws her inspiration from an ambition to provide all pupils with equal access to an outstanding education and to provide all educational colleagues with an enriching and fulfilling career.
Grishma Sutaria-Cassidy
Appointed 13/07/22
Grishma has an established career in school leadership and joined Campfire as a Member in 2022. Her proven track record for school improvement includes leading a school to Ofsted ‘outstanding’, sitting on the Interim Executive Board of a failing school to drive the improvement required and acting as seconded Headteacher to support schools with their strategic journeys. She is also a part-time school improvement advisor for the Bucks Learning Trust. Grishma is passionate about the education of the children in today’s society. She believes that the school community has a duty to ensure that every child reaches their true academic potential, at the same time as being well rounded individuals who are ready to move on to the next phase of their education.
