Sourav Auddy

Sourav joined the Trust in March 2024. He has over 20 years professional experience as a senior finance leader in global businesses with extensive commercial, operational, business turnaround and systems implementation expertise. Sourav currently holds the position of CFO for a £200m turnover global manufacturing business. He has chosen to become a Trustee at CET to help the Trust to thrive commercially and be able to provide the best in class service to the pupils and the communities it serves. As a father to two young boys he is keenly aware of how quality education can make a significant difference to young lives. In his spare time Sourav enjoys cricket training with his boys and reading books on behavioural science.
Caroline Conquest

Caroline joined the Trust Board from the outset in 2013, having previously served as a school governor, primarily at Bourton Meadow Academy, for nine years. In her professional life, Caroline works in Human Resources and has undertaken senior HR roles in both the private and public sector. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Having grown up within one of our Campfire communities, Caroline is passionate about the local opportunities on offer to young people across the Trust.
Patrick Fealey

Patrick was a school governor for many years before joining Bourton Meadow Academy where he held the appointment of Chair. He joined the Trust Board in 2013 having been instrumental in driving forward the conversion to Academy and Multi Academy Trust. Before his retirement, Patrick worked in telecommunications for 35 years and retired as head of UK Operations in 1999. He also held the post of Senior Business Manager at Bourton Meadow. Patrick is a family man living within one of Campfire’s local areas.
Liam Harrison

Liam became a school governor at Bourton Meadow Academy in 2009 and subsequently joined the Board of the Trust in 2013. Both his children progressed through Campfire and he remains passionate about achieving the Trust vision. Liam holds a BSc and MSc and is a Business Development Director for an engineering and design consultancy. In 2012 he set up, and now maintains, 'Pathways to Engineering' with a national charity Citizens UK to provide viable career routes for young people in East London. He is a trained business coach and enjoys keeping fit.
Chris Jukes

Chris joined the Campfire Board of Trustees in 2021. He is an educational professional who has extensive knowledge of primary education as he held roles as a Headteacher in primary schools in Hertfordshire and recently as a Primary Executive Leader in a multi academy trust in Cambridgeshire.
Angus MacGregor

Angus has been a lawyer and HR professional in Europe and Japan for over 30 years working in Financial and Professional Services. Although he has been a Board and Executive member of a Bank, this is his first Trustee role. Angus has an interest in education and to making a difference and chose to join CET because of the leadership and its ambitions. Angus is a family man first and foremost with a wife and 3 grown up young adults. He has a variety of hobbies and friendship groups which he says keep him purposeful, balanced and happy.
Tanya Richardson

Tanya joined the Board of Trustees in 2022. She is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Northampton with a responsibility for Early Years. Her research interests, and doctoral studies, focus on the area of speech and language development, and the impact of the environment, for children. Previously, Tanya owned and managed a 56 place ‘outstanding’ day nursery, adding the leadership and management of an organisation to her skillset. Tanya brings her knowledge and experience to support the Trust in providing a high quality care and education experience for all children and their families.
Andrew Row

Andrew has previously been a school governor and joined the Campfire Board of Trustees in 2023. Andrew is the Chief Financial and Operations Officer for OGCI Climate Investments, a company specialising in investment in companies and projects which aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of roles. He is a First Class honours graduate from University of East Anglia and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Andrew’s volunteering roles past and present reflect his passion to enrich the life chances of young people. They include career advisor and mentor to his university; guest lecturer to undergraduate and MSc students on finance; Young Enterprise business advisor.
Katharine Sherwood

Katharine joined the Trust in March 2024. She is undertaking the role of Trustee for the first time and is looking forward to making a positive contribution to Campfire. Katharine is currently a senior HR Director for BT group and she has over 20 years extensive experience of working in a variety of industries and organisations. With a young daughter about to start school, Katharine is keenly aware of the important role that a Trust plays and is passionate about helping Campfire achieve its vision. Outside of work, Katharine lives a busy family life and enjoys keeping fit and spending time with friends.
Stephen Townsend
Committees: Finance, Risk and Audit

Stephen began his involvement with Campfire as a governor and then chair of George Grenville Academy, relinquishing his governorship before becoming a Director of the Trust. However, Stephen felt the need to be more involved and jumped at the opportunity to take on a role as Trustee. Stephen’s passion is to see equal opportunities for all children and he supports any initiative which will help to level the playing field and allow each pupil to reach their full potential. Throughout Stephen’s varied career he has always focused on people development becoming a trainer and coach in this field.
